Not at all! I train stay at home moms, brides to be, athletes, and everything in between.

If only it were that easy. Getting big muscles is something that has to be intentionally trained for…if you dont believe me ask any of your guy friends who are trying to get big muscles. We will train according to your goals, but dont worry, bulk is not an over night thing.

I realized a long time ago that if I didnt enjoy my food I wouldn’t eat it. I have many many recipes and quick meal prep tips to help you still enjoy food while eating clean…even sneak in some chocolate and cheat meals. As far as working out, I meet you where you are and plan according to what you have time for in a day.
